Effective November 03, 2025, the login method for WANHAI employees to access the WANHAI e-Procurement is as follows:
請您不要將密碼洩漏給任何人,開發團隊也不會向您索取密碼來確認問題。
DO NOT disclose your password to anyone.
Please note that our development team will never ask you for your password to verify issues.
適用地區:全球,目前暫不包含日本與美國
Applicable regions: Worldwide, currently excluding Japan (JP) and the United States (US)
萬海航運員工 (暫不包含日本與美國地區的員工),請使用 email 帳號 / Microsoft Office 365 密碼 登入。
(例如:email 為 abc_def@wanhai.com,登入帳號請輸入 abc_def)
For WHL employees (excluding JP and US employees), please log in using your email ID / Microsoft Office 365 password.
Example: if email is abc_def@wanhai.com, please enter abc_def as account ID.
OTP 驗證請透過 IDExpert OTP APP 取得。
OTP verification code should be obtained via the IDExpert OTP APP.
日本及美國地區 或是 萬海合作伙伴 (Japan and the United States, or WHL’s partners),請繼續沿用現有的登入方式。
Colleagues in Japan and the United States, WHL’s seafarers, or WHL’s partners, please continue using the existing login method.
